Apéro

Chickpea puree, tahini, lemon juice, sun-dried tomatoes and olive salad, cashews with honey and spices (available without nuts upon request)

First Service

Choice of 2 dishes to share from*:

Fattoush salad

Mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, melon radishes, mint, pomegranate, sumac vinaigrette, fried pita bread

Falafels (6)

Mix of chickpeas and crushed fresh herbs, served with tahini mayonnaise, pickled onions

Fried calamari

Served with lime and Aleppo pepper yogurt

Beef manti

Beef dumplings with herbs, sage yogurt sauce

Grilled shrimps

Served with tomato and date chutney, garam masala oil, nigella seeds, lemon, cilantro

Muhammara

Roasted red pepper and walnut dip, pomegranate molasses, sumac

Second Service

The second course is accompanied by a plate of roasted vegetables with herb oil to share, as well as a choice of two dishes to share from the following*:

Fried eggplant

Panko breadcrumbs with herbs and sesame seeds, tomato and almond sauce, arugula, ras el-hanout spice oil, parmesan

Lamb kebabs (3)

Grilled skewers of minced lamb with herbs, crushed tomatoes with curry, mint yogurt, spiced butter

Grilled octopus

Served with Kalamata olive labneh, chickpea salad, herb and lemon oil

Duck breast shawarma

Served with buttered butternut squash purée, roasted brussels sprouts, black cherry coulis

Lemon chicken

Grilled chicken breast on Lebanese rice with roasted vermicelli, chickpeas, fresh herbs, dried grapes, pumpkin seeds, herb yogurt

Beef pistachio skewer

Grilled beef, crushed eggplant with garlic and parmesan, pistachio crumble, pomegranate molasses
