LesDómes experience is available annually, from early December to late March, approximately, depending on the weather. Inside our domes, you can enjoy our discovery menu designed for 2 to 4 people. For all important info, please refer to our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) below.
A maximum duration per reservation is allotted. This policy allows us to accommodate the demand while maintaining a high standard of service. Please know that ensuring the success of your experience with us is our top priority!

To enjoy LesDómes experience, you must book online. If no time slot corresponding to the domes is displayed, this means that there is no more availability on the chosen date. The time slots for the domes are identified by the colours orange, red, blue and purple, while the slots in green are for the regular dining room.

Cancellation, Modification, and Refund Policy
The deposit paid when booking your dome is considered a non-refundable payment, just like the purchase of a show ticket. Once your reservation is confirmed, the deposit is tied to the selected date and cannot be refunded or exchanged for another date.
No cancellations, changes, or refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances. If you wish to book a different date, you must make a new reservation and pay a new deposit.
Administration Fee
Please note that the $3.15 + tax administration fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable at all times.

The supper in a dome is priced at $90 per person and $65 for a lunch, plus taxes, fees and service.
A deposit will be required when you book online. Please note that this amount is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Yes, a deposit of $90 + tip (15%) + taxes + service fees is required when booking online for supper.
A deposit of $65 + tip (15%) + taxes + service fees is required when booking online for lunch.
This amount, excluding the booking platform service fees, will be deducted from your bill during your visit. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable.
No, Bistro Kóz and PAL+ gift cards cannot be used to pay the deposit for a dome reservation. The deposit must be paid by credit card at the time of booking.

Yes, a menu for children aged 10 and under is available at a cost of $35/child.

To reserve a private dome, a minimum of 2 people is required. A maximum of 4 people can dine comfortably in a dome.
It is not possible to add a chair to the dome, even if it is for a child.
LesDómes are open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday and every evening that Bistro Kóz is open, from early December to late March, depending on the weather.

First seating : 11:30, 11:45, 12 or 12:15, depending on the dome
Second seating : 2, 2:15, 2:30, depeeding on the dome
Dinner service
A maximum duration of 2 hours is allowed for the first service.
First seating: 5 , 5:15, 5:30 or 5:45 p.m., depending on the dome.
Second seating: 7:30, 7:45, 8 or 8:15 p.m., depending on the dome.
Yes, each dome is equipped with a heating system to ensure comfort even in cold weather on the shores of Lake Memphremagog, which can be very windy. However, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothing with several layers and warm boots, especially in extremely cold weather, to ensure optimal comfort.
The domes are not accessible for people with limited mobility.
In the event of severe weather, you will have the option to dine inside Bistro Kóz. The planned menu will be served, and the value of your deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
It is not possible to bring your pet in our domes.
